The beds were comfortable and the

Room was clean. There were noticeable stains on the bedding and the bathroom could have used a better scrub. Breakfast was modest and lacked variety, disappointing for an active weekend crowd. It met basic needs but could improve.

The stay here was very very good, really enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with magnificent and perfect location near the construction, and a restaurant. The food was good and the staff were accommodating and extremely friendly.

It has favourable and magnificent location on the lake.

Locked front desk upon arrival!!! Key cards continuously malfunctioned, causing excessive hassle!!! Housekeeping missed cleaning hair in the shower!!! I would have welcomed more thorough room cleaning!!!

Handicap room was not well designed

I had reserved 2 rooms, they only had a reservation for one. My room was dirty and dusty, needed housekeeping to vacuum the floor and upholstery which was full of glitter and hairs. The Jacuzzi did not work. There was a hole in the ceiling. Pillows were lumpy. The place is very run down and did not live up to Ramada standards. Way too overpriced!

The location was perfect, right off the interstate and easy to find. The bed felt amazing, immediately comfortable, and the room was neat upon arrival. The staff welcomed me with smiles and were quick to assist. Enjoyed the fresh coffee available all day. I felt safe wandering around the hotel, and the parking lot was well-lit. I noticed the TV in my room had limited channels since a cable issue was ongoing. The breakfast bar could use some improvement. Basic offerings like cereal and boiled eggs didn't excite much. A few more choices would have made my mornings better.

It was close to location I had event at.

I found water bug on bed. Had them change bedding and staff that did this reeked of cigarettes. Remote on tv didn't work and they had to come fix it. Not worth the money I paid for room.

Location good evening desk clerk was great.

Room was dirty no towels had to clean the hot tub so we could use it. The place is over priced for the comadation. Last year stayed at best value it was much nicer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy Superior King Room. it had a hot shower and comfy beds that made for a restful night. There are a nice pool and a cozy lounge area for relaxation after a long drive. The morning breakfast could be a bit more organized, but overall I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

The room was clean and bed comfortable.

I booked smoking room and no ashtrays available. Also no cups in room for drinking and no microwave tray so microwave unavailable for use in room.

That it was a smoking room. Had a frig.

Only one set of towels when we checked in. Dirty washcloth left in shower. Ceilings had water damage and falling down

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made a positive difference. We faced some issues with towels and toiletries not being adequately stocked for our group, but the overall experience was still good. The location was convenient for our travels.

The bed was very comfortable

The bathroom shower hot water handle leaked badly and water was running down the bathtub all over the floor. No washcloths. I couldn't link up with the WIFI. The price was very high for that motel. Very high.

The hotel was not typical of a Ramada. I'm guessing it had been recently purchased and not renovated yet. Parts of the sink were glued together, etc.
